The program encourages teaching, embraces diversity and has good clinical exposure. Everyone from the program director down to the residents has been very approachable, friendly and easy to work with. The culture of always having people to count on makes it an awesome place to be. Ithaca in itself is a beautiful place to live, with countless waterfalls, hiking trails and scenic lakes; there is always something for everyone do enjoy here.

I am so glad that I ranked Cayuga as my #1 choice because it is a great community of residents and attendings who are friendly, supportive of each other, and are dedicated to learning and to providing the best care for our patients.
